Upon due consideration, we are of the view that the respondent no.4/Tehsildar, Tehsil Kanth, District Moradabad should be directed to pass a reasoned order upon the representation of the petitioner dated January 30, 2024. 4. Accordingly, the respondent no.4/Tehsildar, Tehsil Kanth, District Moradabad is directed to pass a reasoned order upon the representation of the petitioner dated January 30, 2024 within a period of twelve weeks from date after granting an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner. 5.
