This petition is filed for directing the respondents to examine the case of the petitioners with regard to the benefits to which they are entitled to under the Government Resolution dated 17.10.1988. 2. Learned Assistant Government Pleader submits that out of four individual petitioners, the benefits have been in fact extended to three of them. 3. Be that as it may. Since the prayer of the petitioners is to consider their request to extend them the benefits of the Government Resolution dated 17.10.1988, the respondent No.3 shall consider the request of the petitioners. If the benefits of the Government Resolution dated 17.10.1988 are in fact extended to three of the petitioners, as stated by learned Assistant Government Pleader, the same shall also be intimated to the petitioners. C/SCA/13152/2017 ORDER DATED: 24/07/2025 4. If as a mater of fact, the petitioners have been extended the benefits, the authorities shall explicitly state as to what are the benefits which are extended to the petitioners while considering the representation. This exercise shall be completed within a period of TWO MONTHS from the date of receipt of this order. 5. With the aforesaid directions, the present petition stands DISPOSED OF.
