2. submits that salary is being paid to the Petitioner from 25.11.2024 to till date. He further submits that as regards the claim of the Petitioner for disbursement of medical leave from February, 2024 to November, 2024 i.e., for a period of 299 days, the same has been referred to Medical Board by the Competent Authority, vide Letter No.2537604/HR/2024, dated 26.09.2024, and the same is pending consideration. He further submits that the said amount would be disbursed subject to the opinion of the Medical Board. In that view, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the
