Learned Counsel appearing for the respondent/father would submit that a further five days can be extended. 3. Recording the same, the period of custody ordered by this Court on 15.04.2025, wherein custody was granted to the applicant/mother from 01.05.2025 to 20.05.2025 is modified, and she is granted custody from 01.05.2025 to 25.05.2025. The respondent/father had accepted to drop the child on 01.05.2025 with the applicant/mother and similarly, the applicant/mother had also agreed to drop the child back at the residence of the respondent/father on 26.05.2025. 4. The said undertakings are taken on record. 5. Learned Counsel appearing for the respondent would submit that the passport of the minor children had been renewed and has been dispatched by the passport office and would be received by him during the course of this week. He also undertakes to hand over the passport of the minor children to the Learned Counsel appearing for the applicant on 28.04.2025. On grant of https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis visa, the applicant/mother shall provide a soft copy of the visa along with the tickets and the itinerary based on the visa granted to her and the minor child. The applicant/mother shall also ensure that the minor child has video conferencing with the respondent/father as agreed by her in her affidavit dated 15.04.2025. 6. With the aforesaid modification, the application in A.No.2090 of 2025 in O.P.No.410 of 2023 stands disposed of. However, there shall be no order as to costs. 7.
