Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Government Advocate for the respondents. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner Sri Vijay Kumar would submit that, by order dated 25.07.2025, this Court granted interim order directing respondent No.3 not to take charge as Dental Health Officer, Community Health Centre, Betageri, Gadag District, if not already taken. He submits that, respondent No.3 had taken charge prior to passing of the interim order by this Court. Therefore, he prays for disposal of the writ petition directing the Tribunal to dispose of the Application, which is already at the stage of final hearing. 4. The above writ petition was filed against non grant of interim order on 14.07.2025, in Application No.10730/2025 by the Karnataka State Administrative Tribunal, Belagavi Bench. Though this Court granted interim order dated 25.07.2025, as submitted by the learned - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC-D:16109-DB WP No. 104823 of 2025 counsel for petitioner, respondent No.3 had taken charge prior to passing of the interim order. 5. In view of the above, the question of passing any further interim order would not arise. Since it is submitted that the Application before the Tribunal is at the stage of final hearing and posted on 15.12.2025, we request the Tribunal to dispose of the Application, as early as possible. 6.
