This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“.... writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the Respondents, more particularly 1st and 2nd Respondents in not registering the FIR against the 6th Respondent in pursuance of the complaint given by the

Petitioner dated 21.06.2022 under relevant provisions of Law for the offence committed by the 6th Respondent as arbitrary, illegal, discriminatory, malafide, unconstitutional violating Articles 14 and 21 of the Constitution of India, and issue consequential direction directing the Respondents, more particularly 1st, 2nd and Respondents to forthwith register FIR against the 6th Respondent in pursuance of the complaint given by the Petitioner dated 21.06.2022 and take appropriate action and initiate appropriate proceedings as per the law.”

Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions, would submit that, based on the complaint given by Respondent No.6 herein, a case in Crime No.176 of 2022 for the offences under Sections 498-A and 323 read with 34 IPC has been registered against the son of the Petitioner herein. It is further submitted that the contents of the complaint submitted by the Petitioner would disclose non-cognizable offences, and as such, the Police have not registered any case based on the complaint given by the Petitioner. 3.
Sri P.V.Krishnaiah, learned counsel for the Petitioner would submit that, recording the same, the petition may be disposed of. 4. Considering the submissions made, the Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the Petitioner is at liberty to work out her remedies before appropriate forum in accordance with law. There shall be no order as to costs.
