This application has been filed with the prayer to grant anticipatory bail to the applicant in Criminal Case No. 5252 of 2017 (State vs. Akbar Khan and another) arising out of Case Crime No. 1319 of 2016, under Sections 323, 504, 506, 308 I.P.C., Police Station Katghar, District- Moradabad. 2. After arguing the matter at some length, Sri Arun Kumar Verma, Advocate holding brief of Sri Rakesh Kumar Verma, counsel for the applicant prays for withdrawal of the present application with liberty to the applicant to file regular bail application before the Court of competent jurisdiction. 3. In view of the above, this application is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to the applicant to surrender before the concerned court and file regular bail application, which shall be decided in the light of decision rendered in Satender Kumar Antil Vs.
