The present petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 with following prayer : “It is, therefore, prayed that this Hon’ble Court may be pleased to allow this petition and quash the first information report No. 02/2024 for the offence under section 306 & 34 of IPC and further proceeding, so far as it relations to the petitioner herein, in the facts and circumstances of the case and in the interest of justice.” 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that as the charge-sheet has already been against the petitioner on 24.09.2024, therefore, he wants to withdraw the instant petition with liberty to challenge the same. 4.
