The present Application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, has been filed with the prayer to quash the charge-sheet, summoning order dated 27.01.2009 as well as the entire proceedings of Criminal Case No. 1275 of 2015, State vs. Manjeet Kumar Singh, under Section 406 IPC, pending before the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kashipur, District Udham Singh Nagar. 5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the applicant is the proprietor of the Firm M/s Uttaranchal Iron Syndicate dealing with the sale and purchase of Iron at Hariawala Crossing, PS Kunda, District Udham Singh Nagar; that he obtained a Cash Credit Limit of Rs.25,00,000/-for the business of his Firm and the said Cash Credit Limit was secured by Hypothecation of goods i.e. stock in trade etc., and also by mortgage of immovable property; that a First 2025:UHC:8439 Information Report was lodged by respondent no.2 at PS Kashipur, District Udham Singh Nagar against the applicant for alleged sale of stock in trade illegally. 6. Learned counsel for the applicant further submits that the applicant has paid the entire amount taken from the respondent no.2 under One Time Settlement Scheme. The said averments have been made in para 9 of the C-482 Application and in support of the said application (Annexure No. 5) has been enclosed with the Application. 7. Learned counsel for the respondent no. 2/Punjab National Bank submits that the One Time Settlement has been reached between the parties and, as such, the present C-482 Application can be closed. 8. The said statement is placed on record. As the One Time Settlement has been reached between the parties, as such, the charge-sheet, summoning order dated 27.01.2009 as well as the entire proceedings of Criminal Case No. 1275 of 2015, State vs. Manjeet Kumar Singh, under Section 406 IPC, pending before the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kashipur, District Udham Singh Nagar, are hereby quashed. 9.
