K M KRISHNA REDDY The Court made the following: ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for: “.... a Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the Respondent No.4 in not conducting the investigation in Cr.No.311/2020 in fair and proper manner under the influence of Respondent No.5, as bad, illegal, arbitrary and violative of Principles of Natural Justice, consequently, direct the 2 Respondent No.2 to conduct the investigation in Cr.No.311/2020 dated 28.12.1020 in fair and proper manner by the Respondent No.3.” 2. Sri K.V.Aditya Chowdary, learned counsel for the Petitioner would submit that let there be a direction to the Police to conclude investigation in Crime No.311 of 2020 of Pedana Police Station, Krishna District and file a report. 3. Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, would submit that the Court may pass appropriate orders. 4. Considering the submissions made, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the Respondents - Police to conclude the investigation in Crime No.311 of 2020 of Pedana Police Station, Krishna District, if not concluded, and file a report in accordance with law, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.
