This writ petition was filed questioning the action of the respondent Nos.2 to 4 in contemplating to issue house site pattas under the Navaratnalu Programme in “Gedda Vagu” situated in Sy.Nos.91, 91/29, 78/10, 78-10, 81- 11 and 95 of Gabbada Village, Narsipatnam Mandal, Visakhapatnam District. 3.
