By way of present writ petition, the petition is not against any particular order but it has been directed against the arbitrary and illegal action of the respondent No. 3 by which the representation submitted by the petitioner for grant of permission for selling of the land and necessary certi6cate of 22 points information showing the four boundaries walls of the particular land, has not been considered and decided, though he has submitted application for the same on 06.08.2025. The action of the respondents is illegal and arbitrary and against the law, as the petitioner is recorded owner of the land and as such he is entitled for certi6cate to sell of his land bearing Khasra No. 1/43, total rakba 0.8090 hect. Situated in the village Nawapali District Raigarh and the respondent authorities are under legal obligation to supply necessary certi6cates showing boundaries of the subject land. Hence this petition. 3. Learned counsel for respondent-State contended that if the petitioner 6les a fresh application for grant of permission for selling of the land and necessary certi6cate of 22 points, the same shall be considered in accordance with law. 4. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the material available on record. 5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the, instead of keeping this petition pending, this Court 6nds it appropriate to dispose the present writ petition with a direction to the petitioner to 6le an application within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt copy of this order. In-turn the respondent-authorities shall decide the application as expeditiously as possible in accordance with law. 6. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed anything on the merits of the case. 7. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
