[2] By the present writ petition, the petitioners are praying for directing the respondents to follow due process of law in relation to the land acquisition and also to dispose of the representation dated 22.02.2023 submitted by the petitioners to the Deputy Commissioner/Deputy Collector, Imphal West within a stipulated time. [3] At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that writ petition may be disposed of by directing the Deputy Commissioner/Deputy Collector, Imphal West to dispose of the representation dated 22.02.2023 within a stipulated time as per law. [4] Learned counsel for the respondents has no objection in passing an innocuous order. [5] Recording the submissions made at the bar, writ petition is disposed of by directing the Deputy Commissioner/Deputy Collector, Imphal West to dispose of the representation dated 22.02.2023 submitted by the petitioners by a speaking order as per law within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
