Considering the nature of the cause of action set up by the non- applicants/respondents in their civil suit, the institution of the civil suit before the Court of Sub-Judge, Srinagar is fully justified. 03. The applicant/petitioner, however, seeks transfer of the civil suit from the Court of Sub Judge, Srinagar to a court of competent jurisdiction in Jammu on the ground of convenience. 04. This Court finds no good ground for accommodating the applicant/petitioner on this basis. 05.
