Also heard the learned counsel for the respondent. 2. Alleging non-compliance of the order dated 10.04.2018 passed in W.P No.11909 of 2018, the present contempt case is filed. 3. The said writ petition was disposed of, with a direction to the respondent No.2 therein to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner against the order of the respondent No.3 therein in proceedings vide Rc.No.308/2015/E6/HR, dated 19.06.2015. 4. A memo was filed by the respondent herein on 08.04.2021, in which the proceedings of the respondent vide Progs.Rc.No.308/2015/E6/HR dated 01.09.2018 was enclosed. 5. From a reading of the said proceedings, it is discernible that pursuant to the orders passed in the writ petition, the respondent herein considered the appeal filed by the petitioner and dismissed the same duly stating the fact that the petitioner has not attended the duties of Field Assistant and not followed the guidelines and MGNREGS Act. 6. In view of the same, this Court see no violation much less willful disobedience of the orders passed in the writ petition. Hence, this Contempt Case is closed. No costs.
