ORDER:
Aggrieved by non-payment of bill amount to the petitioner for construction of C.C. Road at main road (YC road) east side internal streets of Eswaraiah Colony of Empedu Gram Panchayat, Srikalahsti Mandal, the present writ petition is filed.
2. Heard Sri J.Subba Rao, learned counsel representing learned counsel for the petitioner and Smt Naga Chandrika, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Panchayat Raj for the respondents.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the authorities have paid the entitled amounts to the petitioner and there remains nothing for adjudication, accordingly, prayed to close the writ petition.
4. Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel, miscellaneous applications, pending if any, shall stand closed. ____________________________
