Unsubstantiated allegation of his client having revealed name of a juvenile to the press was reported as the finding, for issuance of the show-cause notice. The press report stands disclosed. It does not mention name of the juvenile. He seeks interference. Mr. Fuzail Ahmad Ansari, learned advocate Standing Counsel appears on behalf of State and submits, there be no interference since petitioner can reply to the show-cause notice raising his points of defence. Petitioner will file his reply on or before 22nd May, 2025 taking all contentions. For the purpose he may enclose certified copy of this order. The writ petition is disposed of.
