ORDER:
This Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India is filed by the Petitioner, seeking the following relief:
“ ... to issue a Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate Writ or direction declaring the action of the respondents 3 and 4 in summoning the petitioner to police station and pressurizing the petitioner to settle the disputes and restraining the petitioner to make constructions in the house plot in S.No.8/1 situated at Mangalam village, Tirupati Urban Mandal as illegal, arbitrary and withoutauthority and consequently direct the respondents 3 and 4 not to interfere in civil matters and construction in the house plot in S.No.8/1 situated at Mangalam village, Tirupati Urban Mandal, and pass such ...”
At the time of hearing, Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader, appearing for respondent State on instructions would submit that in the light of the interim order passed by this Court on 21.06.2022 in IA No.1 of 2022, wherein this Court directed respondents 1 to 4 not to interfere in the civil dispute between the petitioner and unofficial respondent No.5 and not to summon the petitioner to the police station without there being any crime registered against him prior to filing of this writ petition, till the next date of hearing, no crime was registered against the Petitioner and respondent Police never called him to the Police Station and would submit that necessary orders may be passed by disposing of this Writ Petition.
Learned counsel for the Petitioner would submit that recording the said submission, this Writ Petition may be disposed of.

In that view, this Writ Petition is disposed of. Respondent Police are
directed not to interfere in the civil disputes between the parties except due process of law. No order as to costs.
Pending applications, if any, shall stand closed.
