ANSHUMAN ORAL ORDER 3 18-07-2025 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State. 2. The present application has been filed for modification in order dated 23.04.2025 in Cr. Misc. No.21021 of 2025. 3. Counsel submits that by virtue of the said order, the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail with direction to surrender before the Court within 4 weeks. He further submits that 4 weeks has already been lapsed, but petitioner could not surrender herself only due to her illness as she was suffering from Jaundice. A copy of the prescription is attached vide Annexure-P/2. As such, he seeks modification/correction in the Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.40346 of 2025(3) dt.18-07-2025 2/2 said order and submits that time may be extended. 4. In the light of the submissions made, let the said correction be made in the order dated 23.04.2025 in Cr. Misc. No.21021 of 2025 and further 4 weeks’ time is hereby extended from today. 5. It is made clear that no further extension shall be made. 6.
