It is to be noted that no revision petition will lie against the impugned judgments and decrees of the Court below, i.e., Principal District Munsif Court, Pollachi. There is an appeal remedy available for the petitioner to file First Appeal (Appeal Suit) before the Subordinate Court. 3. Therefore, these revision petitions are dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law. There shall be no order as to costs.
