Heard Sri Laxmi Kant Trigunait, learned counsel for petitioners and Sri Jai Prakash Singh, Advocate for Respondents-4 and 5. 2. The Court is not much convinced that petitioner has locus to make prayer to take action against Respondents-6 and 7. However, a written instruction received by learned counsel for Respondents- 4 and 5 is shown to this Court that on basis of complaint made against said Respondents-6 and 7 a two Members Committee is constituted vide order dated 29.03.2025 and after hearing both parties, an inquiry report will be submitted and on basis of it further proceedings will be undertaken, if required. 3. In aforesaid circumstances, Court is not entering into merit of case and taking note of above instruction, this writ petition is disposed of.
