Ammineni, learned Counsel representing Sri A.S.C. Bose, learned Counsel for the Writ Petitioner and Ms. Santhi Chandra, learned Standing Counsel for the APIIC. 2. On the last occasion, learned Counsel appearing for the Respondents has submitted photocopies of some Correspondence addressed by the Competent Authority to the Petitioner, dated 24.02.2025 and 21.03.2025. On receiving the same, learned Counsel for the Petitioner has sought a short adjournment to obtain Instructions from his Client. 3. Learned Counsel for the Petitioner, on Instructions from his Client, has submitted before this Court today that the Proceedings dated 03.11.2025 would address the grievance of the Petitioner and that no further consideration is necessary. He further submitted that although the Correspondence was addressed to the Writ Petitioner, the Writ Petitioner has not received the said Correspondence. Had the Petitioner received the Correspondence in time, there would have been no necessity for the Petitioner to approach this Court. 4. Although the Zonal Manager has passed necessary Orders vide Proceedings dated 24.02.2025 and 21.03.2025, it appears that the Petitioner has not been supplied with copies of the same, which compelled the Petitioner to approach this Court in panic. 3 5. This Court is in agreement that these Letters ought to have been supplied to the Writ Petitioner in the months of February and March itself. 6. The Zonal Manager and other higher functionaries shall ensure that the Proceedings and orders issued are properly communicated to the respective Parties as soon as possible. Failing which, it would be the responsibility of the higher Authorities to answer for these lapses, though they were committed by the lower-level Officers. 7. Learned Counsel for the Petitioner would submit that the grievance has been redressed and therefore, no further consideration is necessary. 8. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No order as to costs. 9.
