He says that he has been complying with the conditions of interim bail scrupulously. 2. Learned State Advocate says that there is no adverse report insofar as the compliance with the conditions of interim bail is concerned. 3. We are told that the Trial Court is still lying vacant. There is no certainty as to when the trial will conclude. 4. In view of the aforesaid, we are inclined to confirm the order of interim bail that the petitioner is enjoying on the same terms and conditions on which interim bail was granted and we do so. 2 5.
