At the outset, counsel for petitioner has pointed out that an another writ petition, being SB Civil Writ Petition No.2229/2025: M/s Rajasthali Resorts And Studio Ltd. Vs. Akhil Modi, wherein issue was identical in nature, has been decided by this Court vide order dated 11.02.2025, relegating the petitioner to avail the alternative remedy against the impugned order, as provided under Section 58(1)(b) of the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 before the National Commission for Dispute Redressal Commission (NCDRC). A prayer has been made by counsel for petitioner that the present writ petition may also be decided in the same terms. 2.
