(Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that respondents No.1 and 2 had preferred CP bearing No.95 before the National Company Law Tribunal, Chandigarh (hereinafter referred to as 'the NCLT') in the year 2019 and an interim order was also passed in favour of respondents No.1 and 2 on 12.07.2019 (Annexure P-4) but the case has not been decided till date. He further submits that the NCLT be directed to decide the case expeditiously in a time bound manner. In view of the limited prayer, this petition is disposed of with a direction to the NCLT, Chandigarh to decide the aforesaid CP preferred by respondents No.1 and 2, expeditiously.
