By this application, the applicant is seeking condonation of delay which is caused in preferring an appeal against the conviction. 2. The delay is of 134 days. As per the contention of the applicant, he is a poor labourer and was not in a position to file an appeal by engaging the private Counsel. Therefore, he was applied for legal aid and thereafter, the appeal is preferred. Considering the reason mentioned in the application, which appears to be reasonable and justifiable one.
