The learned Government Advocate(crl.side) appearing for the respondents police submitted that already enquiry in the petitioner's complaint was conducted in current paper dated 07.10.2024 and the same was closed on 21.04.2024. 3. In view of the above submission, the direction sought for in this petition cannot be considered.
