The present contempt petition has been filed by the petitioner alleging 2 non-compliance of order of this Court dated 19.07.2024 passed in WPS No. 3979 of 2023. Vide order dated 19.07.2024, this Court has passed the following order/direction:- “ In view of above, this petition is disposed off directing respondents 2 to 4 to take appropriate steps in ensuring that the decision of the respondents in adding the name of the petitioners in Medical Education Department stands implemented also by adding their names in the gradation list in the Medical Education Department. The decision be taken in this regard within an outer limit of 60 day from the date of receipt of copy of this order.” 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that the order of this court has duly been complied with. 3. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, it transpires that there is no willful disobedience on the part of the respondents. The order of this court has duly been complied with. 4.
