(Hons) Course in ICFAI University during Academic Session 2021-22. He was denied permission to appear in the mid-term examination due to shortage of attendance. 4. This writ petition was filed in 2023, seeking the following relief:- (i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the respondents to conduct the Mid-Term Examination which was conducted from 13.03.2023 to 20.03.2023 for the 2nd year, 4th Semester of Session 2021 to 2026, BA L.L.B. (Hons) Course of 50 marks for each subject for the petitioner before final examination or with final examination. 5. Coordinate Bench, vide order dated 28.04.2023 directed the concerned University to permit petitioner to appear provisionally in the 2nd Year examination scheduled to be held from 01.05.2023. 6. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that pursuant to said order, 2025:UHC:8766 petitioner was permitted to appear in the examination. 7. Since petitioner appeared in the examination pursuant to order of this Court, therefore, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the ICFAI University to declare the result of petitioner for 4th Semester examination held in the month of May, 2023, if already not declared.
