GP FOR REVENUE 3 ORDER: The present writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the following relief: “…to issue an appropriate writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of WRIT OF MANDAMUS declaring the action of respondents particularly 4th respondent in not considering my mutation application dt.26.09.2025 for Online Mutation and issuance of E-Pattadar Passbook and Title Deed in respect of land to an extent of Ac.4.00 cents in Sy.No.314-12B of Katarupalli Revenue Village, Rajampet Mandal, Annamaiah District, as illegal, irregular, irrational, Contrary to the provisions of ROR Act, 1971 and Rules made thereunder, Violative of Article 300A of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the 4th respondent consider the mutation application dated 26.09.2025 by duly incorporating the petitioner name in online revenue records in respect of land to an extent of Ac.4.00 cents in Sy.No.314-12B of Katarupalli Revenue Village, Rajampet Mandal, Annamaiah District and to grant E-Pattadar Passbook - cum - Title Deed and pass…” (in verbatim) 2. In para-4 of the affidavit, it was specifically pleads that the petitioner made efforts to make an online application through the Mee-Seva Centre for incorporation of entries in the online Web land records and for issuance of E- Pattadar Passbooks. However, the petitioner was informed that the said application was not being received on the said platform due to technical issues. 4 3. Therefore, the petitioner made a physical application dated 26.09.2025 before the office of the 4th respondent for online mutation and issuance of E- Pattadar Passbook and Title Deed in respect of land to an extent of Ac.4.00 cents in Sy.No.314-12B of Katarupalli Revenue Village, Rajampet Mandal, Annamayya District. However, the same was not considered by the office of the 4th respondent. 4. Considering the averments made in para–4 of the affidavit, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents to consider the physical application made by the petitioner on 26.09.2025 and to take appropriate action in accordance with the relevant records and applicable rules, within a period of two (2) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.
