Both these bail applications arise out of the same police case. Accordingly, both these cases are being tagged together and disposed of by a common order. 3. The petitioners have been made accused in connection with N.D.P.S. Case No. 06/2023 arising out of Dhanbad Rail P.S. Case No. 70/2023, for the offences registered under Sections 20(b)(ii)(C), 21(b) & 22(b) of the N.D.P.S. Act, pending in the Court of learned A.S.J.-VI, Dhanbad. 4. On 12.08.2023, Dhanbad Rail Police apprehended these petitioners from platform no. 02-03 of the Dhanbad railway station. On search, 42 kgs of cannabis were recovered from their joint possession. 5. It was submitted that the petitioners have got no criminal antecedent. It was further submitted that the petitioners are in custody for about one and half years. 6. Considering the fact that commercial quantity of cannabis was recovered from the joint possession of the petitioners, I am not inclined to release the petitioners, on bail.
