1. The petitioner says that 749 bottles of Phensedyl Syrup was allegedly recovered from the accused persons including these petitioners. They are in custody for 11 months. Trial has not started. They pray for bail.
2. Learned State advocate apprises us that not only trial has started, 6 out of 16 chargesheed named witnesses have already been examined. The relevant ordersheets of the learned Trial Court filed by the learned State advocate, be kept with the records.
3. We, therefore, see that there is very good progress in the trial. Commercial quantity of narcotics being involved, we are not inclined to entertain the petitioners’ prayer for bail, at this stage.
4. CRM (NDPS) 3 of 2025 is, accordingly, dismissed.
