The present appeal is filed aggrieved by order dated 19.06.2018, passed in M.V.O.P No.104 of 2010, on the file of Motor Accident Claims Tribunal-cum-II Additional District Judge, Proddatur. 2.
When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the appellant represented that the dispute has been resolved between the parties before the Lok Adalat Bench at Proddatur in Lok Adalat Case No.379 of 2022, in which the 1st respondent had agreed to receive an amount of Rs.3,75,000/- (Rupees three lakhs seventy five thousand) towards full and final settlement. Accordingly, the Lok Adalat Bench at Proddatur passed an award on 26.06.2022. Copy of the said award is placed on record. 3. In view of the above, nothing survives to be adjudicated in the present appeal and accordingly, the MACMA is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
