consideration of petitioner belongs to Schedule Caste and landless poor person and Agricultural coolie and unregistered sale deed dated22-7-2015 with possession and pass IA NO: 1 OF 2025 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to direct the Respondents not to interfere with peaceful possession and enjoyment of fish tank of an extent of Ac.0.50 cents in R.S.N0.724/4E situated in Mupparru (V), Pedapadu (M), Eluru District pending disposal of the above Writ Petition and pass Counsel for the Petitioner:

ORDER: The present Writ Petition is filed, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking the following relief:
“to issue any writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus or an appropriate writ or order declaring the action of Respondents threatening to dispossess of fish tank of an extent of Ac.0.50 cents in R.S.No.724/4E situated in Mupparru (V), Pedapadu (M), Eluru District as highly illegal, arbitrary and contrary to law and clear violation of Principles of Natural Justice and clear violation of Articles 14,21 and 300A of the Constitution of India and consequently to direct the Respondents not to dispossess off fish tank of an extent of Ac.0.50 cents in R.S.N0.724/4E situated in Mupparru (V), Pedapadu (M), Eluru District taking into consideration of petitioner belongs to Schedule Caste and landless poor person and Agricultural cooli and unregistered sale deed dated22-7-2015 with possession and pass….”
2. Heard M/s. B.P.Raju, learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for the respondents. No representation on behalf of unofficial respondents.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents, on instructions, has submitted that the said land is a private/zeroyit land and the issue relates to title and possession which is a civil dispute and the revenue authorities have no authority or jurisdiction to adjudicate the civil dispute and they are not interfering in the civil dispute.
4. Considering the said submissions, without going into the merits of the case, the official respondents are directed not to interfere in the

civil dispute and petitioner is at liberty to approach competent civil court if there are any disputes with the unofficial respondents.
5. With the above observation, the Writ Petition is disposed of at the stage of admission with the consent of both the parties. No costs.
As a sequel thereto, interlocutory applications pending, if any, in the writ petition, shall also stand closed.
