The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Jamtara Cyber Crime P.S. Case No. 74 of 2024 for the offences registered under sections 111(2)(ii), 317(2), 317(4), 318(4), 319(2), 336(3), 338, 340(2) and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and sections 66B 66C, and 66D of I.T. Act, pending in the court of learned Special Judge, Cyber Crime, Jamtara. 3. On 10.12.2024, Cyber Police, Jamtara on the basis of confidential information that cyber criminals have assembled at village Mirga near Narayanpur, raided the place of occurrence and apprehended this petitioner along with three co-accused persons. On search, two mobile phones were recovered from the possession of the petitioner. 4. It was submitted that petitioner is in custody since 11.12.2024. 5. Considering the period of custody, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, Cyber Crime, Jamtara in connection with Jamtara Cyber Crime P.S.
