Since the same has not been considered by the said Court, the petitioner filed this present petition. 4. Considering the limited prayer sought for in this petition, the Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track Court, Thiruthuraipoondi, Thiruvarur District, is directed to complete the Trial in STC.No.128 of 2024, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if not already disposed of. 5.
