GP FOR HOME (AP) The Court made the following: ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for: “.... writ of Mandamus declaring the inaction on the part of the respondent No.2 herein in considering and taking action on the written complaint dated 08-01-2024 submitted by the Petitioner through registered post 08-01-2024, byon forwarding the same to the 4th respondent for registering the FIR and conducting illegal, arbitrary, violative of Article 14 of the Constitution of investigation, as India and contrary to the procedure contemplated under Section 154 2 of Cr.P.C, consequently direct the respondent No.2 herein to forward the written complaint dated 08-01-2024 submitted by the Petitioner through registered post on 08-01-2024, to the 4th respondent for registering the FIR and conducting investigation.” 2. None represented for the Petitioner. 3. Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home would submit that the contents of the complaint given by the Petitioner are false, as such, the Police have not registered any case based on the said complaint. 4. Considering the submissions made, the Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the Petitioner is at liberty to work out his remedies before the appropriate forum in accordance with law. There shall be no order as to costs.
