The memo reads thus: “ In this the Advocate for the Petitioner submits as under: That, the Petitioner had filed the above criminal petition before this Hon’ble Court seeking quashing the entire criminal proceedings before the learned Addl. District & Sessions Judge & F.T.S.C. I, Ballari in S.C.No.105/2023 for the offences punishable under Section 376(2)(n), 420, 506 of IPC registered in Harapanahalli P.S. Crime No.88/2021. That, the Petitioner was acquitted by the judgment and order of acquittal dated 05.11.2024 passed by the Addl. District & Sessions Judge & F.T.S.C.I, Ballari S.C.No.105/2023. Therefore, the above petition does not survive for consideration. Hence, the above petition may be dismissed as infructuous, in the ends of justice.” In view of the memo, the petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
