Heard on admission. Issue notice to the respondents on payment of PF within 10 working days, failing which the appeal shall stand dismissed automatically without further reference to the Court. Also heard on IA No. 01/2025 – application for grant of stay. Learned counsel for the appellant submits that the 2 / 2 Pawan deceased was aged about 13 years and an excessive award of Rs. 13,86,000/- was awarded instead of one half deduction, one third deduction has been made by the learned claims Tribunal. Issue notice on this application also. After hearing learned counsel for the appellant, it is directed that on appellant depositing eight lakhs of the award amount within a period of 45 days, recovery of the remainder shall remain stayed, till the next date of hearing. The claimants are permitted to withdraw the amount as per the terms of the award. Call for the records of the learned claims Tribunal forthwith. List the case after service report is received.
