Heard learned counsel for the parties. 2. This is a writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India wherein the writ petitioner has prayed for the following relief:- (i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the respondent no.2, District Level Caste Scrutiny Committee, Distt. Ballia through its Chairman/District Magistrate Ballia to decide the complaint/representation of the petitioner dated 26.03.2018 pending before him expeditiously within stipulated period to be fixed by this Hon'ble Court." 3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that raising his grievances the petitioner has filed a complaint/representation before respondent no.2, however the same has not yet been decided. 4. In view of above, the District Magistrate/Chairman, District Level Caste Scrutiny Committee, District Ballia is directed to decide the complaint/representation filed by the petitioner in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from date, after granting opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and to the private respondent nos.3 and 4. 5.
