Sri.B.G.Indi, learned counsel for the petitioners has filed a memo for withdrawal of the petition. Contents of the memo is reads as follow: “In this the Advocate for the petitioners submits as under: That, the petitioner had filed the above criminal petition before this Hon’ble Court seeking quashing of the criminal proceedings pending before the learned Principal Civil Judge and JFMC Court, Ballari in C.C.No.1933/2023 (P.C.No.300/2022) for the offence punishable under Section 499, 500 of IPC. That, the Petitioners and the Respondent No.2 have amicably settled their dispute and want to report before the learned Trial Court. Therefore, the - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC-D:7333 CRL.P No. 102889 of 2024 petitioners don’t want to further proceed in the above criminal petition and want to withdraw the petition.
