Prayer in the present petition has been made for directing respondents No.2 to 7 to protect the life and liberty of the petitioner and his family members at the hands of the private respondents and decide the representation dated 09.02.2025 (Annexure P-3) as the private respondents being part of land mafia are trying to take forcible possession of the land bearing khasra Nos.64//10/5-64//10/3-10/4-9/1, 64//10/2-1/1- 9/3-10/1-65//5/4-6/1 situated at Village Dhaka Village-1, District Ludhiana, belonging to the petitioner and despite the orders dated 24.02.2025 passed in CRWP No.1840 of 2025, respondents No.5 and 6, have shown scant regard to the orders and told the petitioner that these orders have not been directed to them. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that for the redressal of his grievance, this Court has passed the order dated 24.02.2025 in CRWP-1840-2025 (Annexure P-4), However, the respondents are not complying with the order passed by this Court.
