Sinha (4), Advocate For the State : Ms. Bandana Sinha, Addl.P.P ------ Order No.02 Dated- 17-04-2025 Heard the parties. The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Namkum P.S. Case No.446 of 2024 corresponding to G.R. No.269 of 2025 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 140 (2), 3 (5) of the B.N.S., 2023. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the allegation against the petitioner is that the petitioner, in furtherance of common intention with the co-accused persons, abducted the husband of the informant who had taken loan of Rs.5,00,000/- from one Sanjay Kumar, who is also an accused of the case. It is submitted that the allegation against the petitioner is false. It is next submitted that the petitioner has not been put on Test Identification Parade. It is further submitted that charge-sheet has already been submitted in this case against the petitioner. It is next submitted that the co-accused, with similar allegations, have already been released on bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 11.04.2025 passed in B.A. No.1094 of 2025. It is then submitted that the petitioner undertakes that he will co- operate with the trial of the case. It is lastly submitted that the petitioner has been in custody since 29.11.2024 as is evident from para-06 of the instant bail application. Hence it is submitted that the petitioner be released on bail. Learned Addl. P.P. opposes the prayer for bail. Considering the facts of this case, the above-named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Ranchi in connection with Namkum P.S. Case No.446 of 2024 corresponding to G.R. No.269 of 2025 with the condition that he will co-operate with the trial of the case and furnish his mobile number and photocopy of the Aadhar Card in the court below with an undertaking that he will not change his mobile number during the trial of the case.
