This petition is filed challenging the Notice dated 13.02.2025 at Annexure B pg 42 and a Notice dated 25.02.2025 at Annexure G pg 46 on the ground that the objections raised by the petitioner have not been appropriately considered by the respondents. 2. After having argued the matter, learned advocate for the petitioner seeks withdrawal of this petition with a request that if this Court considers the request to provide reasonable time to vacate the premises in question, his grievance will be redressed. 3. Considering the request made, and noticing that earlier to filing of petition the representation dated 17.02.2025 is made to respondent-Corporation, to vacate the premises by providing reasonable time, this Court deems it appropriate to grant further period of 15 days from 24.07.2025 to vacate the premises in question.
