The petitioner is before this Court seeking the following prayer: i. issue a writ or order or direction in the nature of writ of certiorari to quash impugned tender notification bearing nos. QæªÀÄì/E-mÉAqÀgï//125/2023-24, QæªÀÄì/E-mÉAqÀgï//126/2023- 24, QæªÀÄì/E-mÉAqÀgï/127/ 2023-24, QæªÀÄì/E-mÉAqÀgï/128/2023-24, QæªÀÄì/E-mÉAqÀgï/129/2023-24, QæªÀÄì/E-mÉAqÀgï/130/2023-24, QæªÀÄì/E-mÉAqÀgï/131/2023-24, QæªÀÄì/E-mÉAqÀgï/132/2023-24, QæªÀÄì/E-mÉAqÀgï/133/2023-24, dated. 10.07.2023 as per ANNEXUER-B TO B8 respectively issued by the 2nd respondent in so far as the tender with regard to providing manpower services to the 2nd respondent for different works. ii. Issue a writ or order or direction in the nature of Writ of mandamus directing the 2nd Respondent call for fresh tender in respect of the tenders which are subject matter of the present writ petition. - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC-D:16268 WP No. 105053 of 2023 2. The learned counsel appearing for respondent No.2- Karwar Institute of Medical Sciences, Karwar, on instructions would submit that the impugned Notification would be withdrawn. They said submission is placed on record as an undertaking of the counsel on instructions. 3. The learned counsel for respondent No.2 submits that a memo to the effect is already placed before the Court. 4. In the light of the said memo so filed that the impugned action would be withdrawn, the petition would not survive for any further consideration.
