ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer:
“…..may be pleased to issue Writ or Direction preferably Writ of Mandamus, declaring the action of the Respondent No.5 for causing mental and physical torture against the petitioner and insisting to settle the land issue with the 6th respondent as illegal, arbitrary, and violative of Article 14 and 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the Respondent no.5 not to harass and interfere with the petitioner life and liberty in any manner and pass such……”
2. Sri M.M.M Srinivasa Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that as per the instructions from the party, they wanted to withdraw this Writ Petition.
