1. This writ petition has been preferred under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking following reliefs:
“10.1 That this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to direct to produce entire record pertaining to the petitioner's case. 10.2 That this Hon'ble Court kindly be pleased to direct the respondents for deciding the representation as per government Guideline and after obtaining report for respondent R/3 Land Acquisition Officer. 10.3 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue directions for the respondents R/2 & R/3 to act as per the guideline, circulars, Rules and Law about the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation & Resettlement Act 2013. 10.4 Any other relief, which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper, may also be passed in favour of the petitioner."

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner's agriculture land bearing Khasra No.993/4 area 0.01 acre situated at Village -Amruwa, Tahsil Saragaon, District Janjgir-Chmapa, (CG) was acquired by the respondent-authority for making the bridge, for which, in Land Acquisition Case No.13803/A-82/2021- 2022, respondent No.3/Land Acquisition Officer has passed the award on 16/11/2022, but till date no any compensation amount/interest amount or any facility has been given to the petitioner, therefore, petitioner has filed various representations firstly on 07/01/2024 and, thereafter, on 11/04/2025 and lastly on 27/05/2025 before the concerned respondent-authority with
3 relevant documents, however, same are still pending for
consideration. Learned Counsel further contended that this writ petition may be disposed of with a direction to the concerned respondent-authority to consider and decide the pending representation of the petitioner (Annexures P-8 to P-11) within any specified time frame in accordance with law/rules.
3. Learned counsel appearing for the respondents/State submits that he is having no objection to the limited prayer made by counsel for the petitioner.
4. Heard learned counsel for the parties.
5. Considering facts of the case, nature of relief, submissions of counsel for the parties, this writ petition is disposed of at this stage directing respondent No.2/Collector to consider and decide the pending application/representation of the petitioner expeditiously in accordance with relevant rule/law/regulation.
