Perused the material on record. The grievance of the Petitioner is that the respondent Police did not register any crime basing on the complaints given by the Petitioner on 22.05.2023 and 31.10.2022. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home on instructions would submit that Police investigated the matter and found that the matter is „civil in nature‟ and requested to dispose of this Writ Petition by passing appropriate orders. In that view, this Writ Petition is disposed of. Petitioner is liberty to work out the remedies before appropriate forum according to law. No order as to costs.
