Sangeeta, learned Government Advocate for the State respondents No.1, 2, 3 and 5; Mr. K. Loya, learned counsel for the respondents No.4 and 6 and Mr. T. Kamchi, learned counsel for the respondents No.7 to 16. This is an application seeking substitution of respondents No.8 and 15 by their legal heirs in the connected writ petition being WP(C)591(AP)2024. The applicant has filed the connected writ petition challenging the order dated 16.07.2019 passed by the Deputy Commissioner, Aalo and subsequent landownership certificate issued to the private respondents on 18.07.2019. In the connected writ petition, the petitioner arrayed as many as 8(eight) persons as respondents including respondents No.8 and 15. During the pendency of the writ petition, the respondents No.8 and 15 have reportedly expired. The learned counsel for the applicant submits that in view of demise of the respondents No.8 and 15, this application has been filed for substitution of their legal heirs, namely Shri Lido Lollen and Smti Nyayum Ado, as respondents No.8 and 15 respectively, in the connected writ petition. Having considered that the respondents No.8 and 15 have expired during the pendency of the connected writ petition, and the prayer for substitution not being objected to by the learned counsel for the respondents, I deem it Page No.# 5/5 appropriate to allow this application by substituting the respondents No.8 and 15 with their legal heirs. Accordingly, the respondents No.8 and 15 be substituted by Shri Lido Lollen and Smti Nyayum Ado, as respondents No.8 and 15 respectively in the connected writ petition.
