At the very outset, learned AGA has pointed out that in the instant case against the same judgment and order dated 24.10.2024, a Criminal Appeal No. 3283 of 2025 has already been preferred by the appellant-Ranveer, which is also admitted by this Court vide order dated 02.04.2025 and therefore, the instant Jail Appeal is not maintainable. 3. Learned Panel Lawyer for the appellant could not dispute the aforesaid facts. 4. In view thereof, the instant Jail Appeal is dismissed as not maintainable and be consigned to record.
